Ferty9 Platform Terms of Use

1. Services covered

These Terms apply to Ferty9 websites, the F9 application, patient and centre portals, administration services, patient-experience and NPS journeys, appointment and enquiry forms, OTP verification, communications, reports and connected services made available by Ferty9. Additional clinical forms or written agreements may apply to a specific treatment or service.

2. Accounts and authorised representatives

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and OTPs, and promptly report suspected misuse. A person acting for a patient must have appropriate authority. Ferty9 may request verification and may restrict access to protect patients, users or the platform.

3. Healthcare information and emergencies

Digital content, dashboards and automated messages support administration and care delivery; they are not a substitute for diagnosis, medical advice or an individual clinical decision. Treatment decisions must be made with a qualified clinician. Do not use these services for an emergency; contact local emergency services or the treating centre.

4. Appointments, communications and payments

Appointment requests remain subject to confirmation and availability. Service, security and appointment communications may be sent through registered contact channels. Where a payment facility is offered, the amount, purpose and applicable payment terms will be shown before submission.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not access another person’s account or data without authority.
• Do not interfere with security, availability, access controls or platform operation.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious or misleading material.
• Do not copy or commercially exploit Ferty9 content or software except with written permission.

6. Availability and third-party services

Services may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Connected providers remain responsible for their own services and terms. Ferty9 does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Intellectual property

Ferty9 names, branding, content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of the platform grants no ownership right. The public Platform Licence Notice explains permitted access and restrictions.

8. Complaints, law and jurisdiction

Please raise service concerns through the relevant centre or the contacts below. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory law, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
