Ownership

The Ferty9 Health Platform, its original content, branding, interfaces and Ferty9-owned software are proprietary to Star Fertility Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.

Permitted access

Users receive only the limited, revocable and non-transferable access required for an authorised Ferty9 service or approved business purpose. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass controls or create an unauthorised derivative service.

Security and confidentiality

Users must protect credentials and confidential information, follow applicable policies, and report suspected misuse or security incidents. Access may be suspended or revoked to protect patients, users, systems or legal obligations.
